School meet ups, group meet ups, important events that i NEED to attend.. School, mostly school... A day (or 2 days) before meeting up with classmates, I always feel anxious. Sweat a lot, cant sleep, heart go thump thump, breathe weird, etc. reply

whispering (especially when I'm asleep). 'tsk'ing (drives me mad) gradually increasing noises (I'm sure it's the same for everyone but even cars freak me out when they pass) reply

talking to anybody, even my friends and family. when people look at me with a really serious face. thinking about the future and needing to make plans. when it is cold but like not 'cause of the weather, but air conditioner. when i don't know where i put smth. reply
