Have any weird anxiety triggers?
Music that’s edited to be sped up or slowed down makes me anxious for some reason idk it just feels wrong and off putting. (No offense to people who like songs when they’re sped up or slowed down)
Falling asleep. It happens a lot when I am falling asleep that some trigger in my mind thinks that I'm dying or something and I wake up suddenly and absolutely scared. I just want to sleep, really （￣へ￣） reply
