Girl I really can’t relate cause my parents were rly supportive but one thing I can say for sure that this. is. not. a phase, I’ve had others say that to me before and I can assure you that I am no less gay then I was before, and I had a time when I was doubting myself as well and now I am positive that I love girls. A phase is something like being the edgy goth kid or liking gacha life, NOT your sexuality. If you've liked girls since kindergarten then it is defininately not a phase. You like girls, that's okay, it is part of your identity. Be proud~ So just tell her straight out that it isn't a phase.
