How to solve a yaoi addiction?

Hi srry if this seems weird but i srsly need help. Im addicted to yaoi. I spend all day reading it instead of doing my work, eating, showering, sleeping, etc. i get super immersed in the stories and it's kinda like the only thing worth living for at this point... It's gotten so bad that whenever I see 2 men irl all i can think of is yaoi... ugh.. this is so embarrassing .. ╥﹏╥ I tried to block my go-to yaoi websites but i couldn't last more then 10 minutes. Any tips?

Idk if this counts as rude or not but I can't read yaoi if its with ppl that aren't east asian.
