I have been doing Taekwondo and mixed martial arts since I was three years old and now i'm a teacher. We have students who are in there 70s. I personally think every person should do some type of martial arts, especial the more timid and meek people. Its a good way to build confidence and learn to protect yourself.   reply

I am a black belt in karate and it took me four years =3 I started when I was 7 or 8 (Young) I honestly think it is never too old to start karate because it just takes hard work to accomplish a goal that you are striving for :) I have learned many things along the way too ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~   reply

Um... I remember starting when I was 5, and now im 14, so I have been learing kung fu, judo, and boxing for 9 years.
