I usually read till i feel sleepy or tire myself out(but since your already tired..) But if i've to sleep asap, i do the millitary method so basically -Relax your entire face muscles -Drop your shoulders to release the tension -Exhale -Relax your entire legs(calves, thighs...) -Clear your mind for as long as you can, If you cannot, try imagining...... 1 reply

if you cant fall asleep you have to tire yourself out a lot. personally, i tire myself out by crying. it might sound weird and might take awhile but when i cry i get really tired and just fall asleep... sorry if it doesnt work and gets you sad for no reason lol 0_0 1 reply

The question sounds stupid as hell but I genuinely need help with it. Currently it is 2:40 in the morning and I have to wake up at 6:30. I just got off of a 2 week break so my sleeping schedule is shit, and I cant fall asleep at all. I've tried counting sheep, running in place, listening to music, but it's not working. And the thing is, I am 100% tired haha I forgot to sleep the last two nights.
