Unfortunately, the trick to falling asleep on time is by going to sleep at the same time everyday. That's really the only way to fall asleep without much effort, at least to my knowledge. 2 reply
imagining and making a story in my head and sometimes i turn off the lights and stare at the ceiling and start imagining some kind of story in my head or reading until i feel sleepy reply
unfortunately my schedule is just as fucked as urs. if its alrd 2 40 and u havent slept in two nights, u wont be able to wake up at 6 30 even w alarm clock (bc this happened to me countless of times alrd) so the only thing i can suggest is stay up... and rest asap once u get home. hopefully u can sleep once u get back or this might continue for the...... reply
I ddnt sleep for days when pandemic started bc it fcked up my sleeping routine. Recently, i got really busy and got really tired both physically and mentally that i was able to fall asleep- i think pass out is the closest term- after taking a warm bath to relieve muscle pain. So i make sure i use all my energy for the day so i can sleep well at ni...... reply
