When an anime acts like the viewer is a moron and has to explain the plot over and over again or when they dump a ton of backstory on you. I got eyes. Lemme just watch what happens and piece the story together. The high squeaky voice anime girls have. It’s why I stayed away from anime for so long. Yup like previous poster says, for eunuchs sometimes only the testes are removed, but sometimes the testes and the shaft of the penis are completely removed (penectomy). As to how they urinate, if the urethra's placement is not readjusted with surgery the urethral opening will most likely be forward-facing and I imagine with a strong enough stream ......   reply
