-public places, people looking at me makes me feel uncomfortable and makes me self conscious about my looks/weight

its both the most disturbing and embarrassing thing thats ever happened to me:
i was a child (around 6 yo) woke up, opened the door and saw my dad come out from the bathroom butt naked and i ran back to the bedroom and tried to unsee it :,( Then i asked mom to come to the bedroom and said "Mom, don't tell dad but i saw his penis" UGHHH SOMETIMES...... reply
