Going to family meet ups definitely give me anxiety. I start shaking a lot and feel that i'm going to burst into tears at any moment. I become VERY sensitive to everything they say. Before i went to a birthday party and everyone came. I got really scared of bursting into tears in front of my family so i put on my headphones and listen to music but ...... reply
