Okay so already you're starting off wrong.
Dieting isn't a long-term solution. Things like Keto and Intermittent Fasting aren't going to keep the weight off if you only do them temporarily, but what they will do is fuck up how you see food and your relationship with food and eating if you keep at them for long enough. there are lists of what you should and shouldn't eat based on your blood type it will be extremely hard on you. like I am type 0 and I can say that there is absolutely no way I can do it. it doesn't just cuts of fast food or simple things. also vegetables meat types things you can drink and not fruits too but on the plus side you actually give weig...... 1 reply
I know a fast way to lose weight but I wouldn’t recommend an unhealthy one so you should watch Natcha Océana on youtube her work out routine shows slow results but really effective and if you want fast results go for Chloe Ting reply
