Well, I wouldn't be so rash as to call him a motherbleeper, but you should definitely continue calling him out on his behaviour, especially if it seems like you are the only one who can/will. Honestly, from some of the situations you described, he seems like a jerk in many people's perspectives... but, guys will be guys.
