I've looked through all of my favorites lists, and it looks like Kagami Keiichi (Kuroneko Series) is my answer. He tends to be super pushy and direct when he has a goal. Hmmm...Probably Shion from No,6. He can be my partner as in friend partner. I really like his character, he's smart and nice and more importantly, he is accepting and is not judgmental.
