You could say that you're busy with something at the moment (like with studies/work) so you don't have a lot of time to chat (and say: sorry if I don't respond quickly). That limits how much you talk to her since you have a reason for not replying, then you can control how much you guys speak (like once a day, or once every few days etc.). But if y...... reply
If it's online- then maybe turn of the read messages and pretend to be busy? worst case scenerio > she'll spam- then just block her. Don't take my word for it- i'm very unreliable. If it's in person, try avoiding her? it'll probably be hard though...°Д° reply

I'd probably be the one that sticks with the protag, like some side-kick or somethin. The dude that gets killed right before the end so the protag and some kid/ female lead could escape. And plot twist, it was my plan all along and then I kill them. ehehehehe :) reply
