No, overrated implies that they don’t deserve to stand where they stand right now- they worked extremely hard to get to where they are right now and they have inspired many with their music. They work hard and try to improve their work. And its not only hardwork but they are good at what they are doing. So i don't think so. I'ld like to watch them improve themselves and keep on rising in the music industry in the future as well cause thats what they've been doing all this time reply
As a fellow BTS stan I understand what your saying but the whitewash skin is all over the kpop industry so that’s really nothing and BTS never started that it was just THERE and BTS also work very hard as the same as every artist out there, BTS has inspired a lot of their fans to do things such as plate trees as a fundraiser for one of the member...... reply

I personally only like a few of their songs and actually find other K-pop bands tons better than them. Slow songs like the majority of their albums are not my type though many people like slower and more romantic songs rather than the fun get up and move songs that I prefer. I'm not part of kpop stan twt, I've been part of anime twt for quite a while and have some friends in both. They love bts and they're really chill imo. My friend told me their fans raised like 1 million towards BLM. I take that as good inspiration. They write their own music and work hard towards making producing worthy content just like any artist...... 1 reply
I had managed to spend my entire life without listening to kpop but my 6 yo nephew started liking BTS *exactly* 6 months ago and that's all he listens to, pretty much. That's not weird, right?? Some of his friends kinda like them too but my little dude tries to learn the lyrics and choreography.
