Yes! I think we all do this in one way or another. Many times you'll find yourself "suddenly" well into a path that leads somewhere you didn't really want to arrive at. Maybe the path eventually splits into your preferred destination, maybe it's an alternative route, maybe it's a fun temporary side quest or maybe you drop your plans to continue on ...... reply
I'm ooooold and been through it all. Therapy absolutely helped during my self destructive teenage years. Well into my college years shit hit the fan and therapy helped again. I literally couldn't think for myself, I suffered a lot and had zero support, crawling back to a therapist helped me build a plan and accountability checkpoints. It only took ...... reply
