It used to be so bad for me in gr 9-10 but im a senior now and honestly what i've learned is- first of all- i was most caught up in not trying to be too cringy or too annoying or ugly, but i realized that the best way to stop being so self conscious is just.. not to do anything. I've cared a lot about perseption and even body image in the past. Now, I'm a female with leg hair and armpit hair because it's so stupid that women are expected to wear make up, shave and be hairless, and be skinny as can be to be what society considers "beautiful".
