Maybe as you grow, you will understand better. I don't know much about your religion. But, I think its the people who have created unnecessary strictness regarding some rituals. Both parents are Catholic, so I was baptized to be Catholic and have taken many rituals to follow a normal Catholic life... It is subconsciously forced..
