Hash browns (the kind where the potatoes are diced up with peppers and simmered in oil with salt and pepper), boiled eggs, grits, beef sausage (the thick fat ones, not the link round ones) and buttered toast. Cinnamon pancakes with honey or syrup with French toast and cantaloupe on the sides. Or, a breakfast burrito that includes eggs, spinach, tons of jalapeños, and tomatoes eaten with honey as the sauce. Side of cantaloupe ofc. Orange juice to complement both   reply
