There could be multiple reasons for it, some harmless ones are you just have a really healthy aggressive digestive system (your organs are similar to muscles, they contract, and for some people they just squish and move around more violently than normal), you're prone to a lot of gas for no particular reason (could be an overpopulation of certain m...... reply
I don't know if organs js the right word to use but anw it's inside me. Sometimes it's really loud like I can hear even the water going wherever and sometimes my organ farts a bit loud. it also rumbles a lot even when I'm not hungry and it makes sounds when I'm breathing. does this happen to y'all too?
