Take some flour and put it into a bowl.
Mix with water ( idk how much but just mix until you get a slightly thick consistency)
Prepare a/the pan (or anything that is enough to deep fry food)
Take some cooking oil and pour it into the pan

Ok. What you're gonna do is go to the store and get some cool whip, hot cocoa, marshmallows and cookies. You take the hot cocoa powder and mix it with the cool whip and some marshmallows. Yes I absolutely agree with u. For example often there r people who say that there are more men comitting suicide and shit.
