Weird Mangago Questions

I usually try to prevent it before it happens or right when it starts for me, so I don't know how effective this would be for you. The best thing I've found is to listen to loud music to drown out your thoughts, and do something that requires a lot of thinking, like a puzzle such as sudoku and word cross. I’d say distract yourself with something, specifically something like a video with headphones on or something to completely take your mind off of things. It won’t really make it go by quicker per say, but it’ll definitely make it much easier.   1 reply
