Hello! Um I won’t get into specifics but in certain situations I get all panicky and I start hyperventilating and stuffs And my only way to really calm down is to wait for it to stop but that usually takes a while Are there any fast ways to calm down?ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
I’d say distract yourself with something, specifically something like a video with headphones on or something to completely take your mind off of things. It won’t really make it go by quicker per say, but it’ll definitely make it much easier. 1 reply
I usually try to prevent it before it happens or right when it starts for me, so I don't know how effective this would be for you. The best thing I've found is to listen to loud music to drown out your thoughts, and do something that requires a lot of thinking, like a puzzle such as sudoku and word cross. That or lie on the floor and try not to cry...... 1 reply
