Hello! Um I won’t get into specifics but in certain situations I get all panicky and I start hyperventilating and stuffs And my only way to really calm down is to wait for it to stop but that usually takes a while Are there any fast ways to calm down?ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
I usually try to prevent it before it happens or right when it starts for me, so I don't know how effective this would be for you. The best thing I've found is to listen to loud music to drown out your thoughts, and do something that requires a lot of thinking, like a puzzle such as sudoku and word cross.
