Even my 4G works better than it, I don't know what's the problem

Ok let's start from the beginning, I am from Morocco and I can say all communication and internet companies in my country (Maroc telecom, inwi, and Orange...) are thieves and cheaters.
Back then we (my family and I) were using "Maroc telecom" WI-FI it was good and speed but often "Maroc telecom" have problems and call my home number and say that the internet would be cut off for a while (half a day or even a day without net), so we changed to "Orange"WI-FI(it's a frensh company btw) since 3 years ago (I didn't choose "inwi" cuz my friends always complain about the low speed), at first it was working fine but after half year , It started to get slow, I asked my parents to come back to use "Maroc telecom" but they refused, and lately,sometimes I can't even open images in GOOGLE and often I watch videos with the lowest quality. I thought that our Wi-Fi was hacked, but I checked and couldn't find any hacks in it.
Now I am using my 4G while writing this cuz if I use the WI-FI, I doubt even the site will work XD


I wrote all of this because I want solutions or causes for this Wi-Fi problem please(┬┬﹏┬┬)


AND I WILL SHOW THE DEFFIRENCE BETWEEN THE WI-FI I USE AND MY 4G IN THE FIRST COMMENT
