Do you guys ever like ask someone for like a recommendation for like an anime or a manga but your reading or watching like 50 other things that you haven't finished yet and 200 other things you want to read but aren't? Or is that just me?

I only remember the cover of this webtoon it was by an author on tapas and has a red haired guy in a tshirt with lgbt flag kissing another guy. also the author was uploading their other works on mangago to gain views on original site

It's a webtoon, it's isekai, there's the letters e, d, s and maybe w and r. I'm pretty sure it begins with Ed... The guy knows the future because it's a game he played, he saves a blue haired shortie who's a genius and a blind guy, with black hair (he's not really blind but he has his eyes closed most of the time), he's super strong with a sword.
