It's toxic af.....but it makes sense why authors do it. They look at the viewership numbers and say "wow, my numbers are up from including toxic relationships". Toxic relationships have been romanticized by media up until really recently (still today but not as much). Dude you scared me with the title but you are right about the tropes in bl's on having close to no consent for example when they engage in sex and one partner wants to try something new but the other partner says "stop" or "no" it somehow translate to yes which isn't okay and it goes along the line of "your body is saying something different" which...... 3 reply
