Honestly, it’s a learned trait to be able to clock manipulation. You just have to work on it and think about it. Be kind to yourself and be careful out there. reply
Man if I were you I would take their words into consideration and mull it over. You said you know it's manipulation but can't process it right? I suggest taking a few minutes to ask yourself if that person might be manipulating you, whatever your definition of manipulation is. Even if they're bombarding you with questions, accusations, etc. just ig...... reply
If you're young, it comes down to brain development. Your frontal lobe isn't fully developed till 25 and it handles critical thinking and decision making.
I recommend not engaging in romantic relationships till you're older.
