Emotional manipulation
I'm realizing that I can't clock emotional manipulation and that I'm extremely susceptible to it. I wish I wasn't and I don't know how to fix it.
like retrospectively I understand something is manipulative but in the moment I just don't get it and completely fall for it
maybe you should get professional psychiatric help if you notice that its signifigantly impacting your life negatively
