How To Sleep

The day had finally arrived for them to face each other. People at school were whispering as they saw Connor walk in through the front entrance. He tried to walk casually and pretend nothing happened, but it was obvious no one would forget the incident anytime soon.

Jake had saw Connor walking into the school building that morning. Jake could tell how nervous he was, and it seemed as though he was stiffly making his way through the doors of the entrance. He decided it was best if he went in through the back. Besides, it would be awkward to face him right now. He was still thinking about what had happened in the hallway, and seeing Connors face made him feel anxious and flustered.

But, they would be going into 1st period soon, the class they share together. It seemed as though it was the only thing the school was talking about. The fight had been infront of many people, and lasted a good 5 minutes.

As 1st period got closer and closer, the more and more people whispered. It was bound it happen anyways, especially since Connor had a black eye. Jake knew he had given him that, but he felt awful just looking at it.

The bell had finally rung, and it was time. Connor and Jake stood by the first period door, locking eyes once again. Before Jake could say anything, Connor rushed into the classroom, and sat firmly down in his seat. Jake had never felt worse in his life.

He wanted to apologize soon, but he didn’t want to do it infront of all these people. As Jake made his way to his seat, he made the plan to talk to Connor after class.

Also I won’t be posting part 4 until later tonight or in the morning (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ This is also partially a real and fake story. The fight was real, but the enemies to lover trope was not, this is all for funzies
