It could also be hemorrhoids or external anal polyp. Don't worry too much about what the doctor would think, they've handled many of these cases, a lump in EAS is nothing to be embarrassed about. Go get this checked out ASAP. reply
It's possible it's just a benign (noncancerous) growth. But if you are sexually active I would get a test for HIV because condylomas or basicly anal warts can be a sign of that. As far as I know they are benign but do increase your likelihood for anal cancer.
