Late, but for emails in general it doesn’t really matter how you word most of your emails to teachers. You do not need to make it as fancy as people are saying, if you want it to look formal, avoid using contractions and basically soften words up (for example rather than 'can you' say 'could you please'), and then out of basic respect always sta...... reply

If they banned them just because people reported them then that means they're banning people without actually looking to see what's fucking happening.
