saaameeee. Mandarin seeds, watermelon seeds, and grape seeds are fine by me. Any other seeds, I prefer not to eat it at all of course since it'd be hard to eat. There were two incidents when I ate two bananas (in separate occasions, of course) that still had like solid black seeds in the middle. LIKE SOLID. I eat watermelon seeds. But be careful when eating peaches, plums, cherries, apricots, and apples. When you chew these seeds, you consume a cyanogenic glycoside compound called amygdalin. Once it's inside our body, it releases cyanide! Small amounts can be filtered out, but large doses can cause cyanide poisoning. reply
