Can't Remember Name Of Yaoi

I cant remember the name of this yaoi! The two agree to be friends with benefits to explore the kinkier sides to each other. I think they go to the same college? Some conflict with ex-boyfriends I think?

I read this yaoi a long time ago, it's an older style looking manga. I think it's starts off with the sister moving and the uke needs to live with his sister's friend who is the seme. I think the uke does house hold stuff for the seme while living there. The seme is possibly a writer, has long hair with a ponytail? I'm not sure how accurate my memory is.

All I remember is the guy felt really ashamed for being gay and when the person he liked found out he kept apologizing for being gay and ran to hide next to the shower.
