I read this yaoi a long time ago, it's an older style looking manga. I think it's starts off with the sister moving and the uke needs to live with his sister's friend who is the seme. I think the uke does house hold stuff for the seme while living there. The seme is possibly a writer, has long hair with a ponytail? I'm not sure how accurate my memory is.
Yume No Kodomo? Though not sure if it fits since haven't read it myself but the start seems kinda similar to what you said.
