It was Flipnote hatena on my Nintendo dsi xl. there were layered flips where someone paint bucket filled the pages a single color but painted doodles with the eraser tool. It showed a peek of drawings under em, you could see everything when you turn off a color. one of them had referenced manga on mangago, I looked it up with the internet function ...... 1 reply
