Crippling Anxiety

I'm actually scared of myself when I sleep walk, sometimes, my newphew sleeps with me and my sister, so my sister told me to wake up and make a bottle, so I did. GUESS WHAT I DID, I WALKED TO THE CLOSET AND STARTED BANGING THE HELL OUT OF IT. Next thing I did was stupid, I tried to PULL off the bottle cap instead of twisting. I waliked to my sisters room(her room is next to mine) and slapped her- :') like no joke- she started yelling at me in the morning and couldn't remember shit-   reply

I sleep and... I wake up, that's all   reply
