2-3 hours, I run for a bit then I head to the gym workup there, run back home and I do some simple workouts when I arrive back. Very tiring but kinda worth it. I take breaks in between though so it's not too hard, my breaks are usually 30 minutes, 15 if i'm not too tired 1 reply
I don't . I used to stop eating food for days it was hard as a result my bones became weak I used to feel like I was gonna faint. (So please dont do this) reply
Rn I’m usually running 4 miles a day in total, then some biking or swimming—if it’s biking I’d do like 5 mi if it’s swimming around 30-40 laps. After that I do a 10 minute ab exercise.

I used towork out for around 30-50 min depending on what I'm doing for the day.
But around the beginning of this year I was having pains from my upper body to my hips and back so I went to the doctor and it turn up that I have scoliosis.
So all my workout regime that I used to do is out of the window because eveything I was doing affect my scolios...... 1 reply
