What gets me upset is when they don't provide a way to actually talk to them. Like no, just signing your name is not that useful. Add a instagram, discord or even your alt on mangago so if I want to help with cleaning or typesetting your old chapters I can or if someone else want to help translating they are able to reach out. For some reason this reminded me of thT one manga where the uploaded blurred scenes out, and put it behind a pay wall for money. U had to pay if u wanted to read it uncensored, but I'm not sure if they just kept the money or donated it to the author. I hope its the latter cause wtf.
