-TW self harm
so basically is self harm just cutting or could it be other things because i don’t self harm but i do scratch myself. it kinda became a habit but i don’t think it’s self harm because it kinda feels good and i do it when i’m bored. but sometimes i feel guilty bc i also do it when i’m angry and sad and violently scratch with a pencil or pen but it’s not cutting and it doesn’t hurt that bad bc i have a high pain tolerance anyways. is me scratching myself self harm bc like idk i don’t think it’s that bad, i’m just curious. and like should because idk anymore. soooo yeah.
