Hey! I have the same problem but its gotten a bit better since I started taking anxiety meds and going to a phycologist. I have picked up a few things that help me get through group projects but you have no obligation to actually try them.

Omg I feel the same try to take deep breathes and don’t think about what they might think I know it’s hard but it helps not wondering what they will think about you or what might happen just take a few deep long breathes and try to not force urself to go talk to them to early hope I helped u :) reply
oh no- make sure to breathe in/out and be calm! I get very nervous when talking to people in person or online. That is why I am not really good at group projects and terrible at hold a convo ^-^ hope this helps you somehow! (●'◡'●)ノ 1 reply
