It's the lowest a human can get, but as horrible as it sounds I don't think there will ever be a solution to this problem. I just can't have faith that humans will ever stop being barbaric.
What we can do is to not trust our children to other adults, especially the ones who are too nice. Not even family can be trusted.

Those certain fujos who fetisize a 40 yr old raping a 10 yr old should just catch the virus and die.
