Have An Unpopular Opinion

So I was in a group activity with 5 people including a lesbian couple that I had noticed. I could tell they romantically like each other so I whispered and asked them- "I'm sorry I didn't wanna meddle but are you two perhaps a couple?"

One of them: "Wow, how'd you know"
Me: "Oh, just saw you two being lovey-dovey just before earlier"
Another one of them: "Cool"

But then I told them- "So, I'm aromantic and might as well be asexual"
The two of them: "Woah" *claps in fun*
The other boy in our group: "Uhm... I'm Gay"
Me: "Oh wow"
The lesbians: "Fantastic"
(Me and the lesbians claps in ally)
The other guy also: "... I'm pansexual"
Me: "Woohoo!"
The lesbians: "Wow, just wow"
The gay: "Ooohhh my goodd"
