Gender does not have a number. The second you start quantifying it and trying to count is when you already lost the plot. There are not 3, there are not 2, there are not even 6781. If someone is transgender it can show as a child. I think it is no harm in a social transition. I mean who cares about someones cloths or interests and such. Surgery is on a different level and should not be performed on minors and as far as I know is not really happening.
