How do you usually read?

So, I'm wondering how, where, and when do you read the mangas here? I'm trying to find a rhythm because in my case I've been reading
When: all the time
Where: either just laying on my bed or couch
How: just binging all chapters available, while my body dehydrate away
Obviously unhealthy, so I'm trying to find inspiration from healthier people~
Or call you out on your habits

My personal opinion, I hate that storyline/plot so so SO much. Especially when it’s fat to everyone wants her she’s so hot, it makes me cringe. I used to really like kiss him not me until I noticed how incredibly toxic it was. Another example when tbh it isn’t really ugly to beautiful it’s more ugly to pretty with makeup on and slow burn of will he find out or not. Personally it’s just not my cup of tea! What are your thoughts?
In my eyes what these tktkers and utubers and other social media users are doing is the equivalent to leaving a funeral (mangago) and then going to a police station (utube, tktk e.t.c.) and yelling about how they killed a man and stole all his valuable (pirated manga/manhwa/manhua). There is literally no sense in it...
