If you're talking like, Lezhin, Webtoons, Tapas, Tappytoon, etc. it's because webtoons have been moving towards a mostly female audience from what I've noticed (read the comments of any webtoon on any of those apps and you can probably see what you mean). site populated by fujos, half of which only enjoy dog water BL + this website doesn’t ‘license’ anything. They’re all illegal translations uploaded by scans. Most of these scanlation groups only clean & translate BL.
