I did fail one class in school, and it was math. I hate it and i felt like i was never really cut out for it and it wasn't my thing. It's the my least favorite subject and it's probably only one subject but since it's a major it would affect my chances of graduating. my mother does not do that. in fact, in our household i got the most privileges and experiences. I think it just all depends on the family you are in. I sincerely hope your mother stops thinking like that.   reply
