Nosebleed

I understand that physically forcing your booger's out can lead to a nose bleed. But there's a chance you can actually force out a large chunk of booger's, making your nose clean and all. (I've seen alot of people force it out and have a chunk of booger's) But i do understand that can make the blood flow to your nose making epistaxis. And i hope you do push your booger's carefully and all. But i think my stuffy nose going to be with me through out january. Reply with adivce for me to overcome this stuffy nose. ╥﹏╥
