Calderata is so based, you got a good taste in food. Mine might be pork sinigang or chilli con carne. Pork sinigang is like my absolute favourite but a lot of filipino dishes give me comfort, like chicken afritada, menudo, palabok (reminds me of parties), lechon kawali.
