Oh I adore Nigerian comfort food…rice and stew, meat pies, fried plantains, smoked chicken and spicy fish. And the absolute love of my life…jollof rice! 1 reply

pasta al pesto, to be more precise “spaghetti with pesto sauce”. I’m Italian, pasta is in my veins.
But If it’s a nostalgia food… it’ll be polenta (boiled corn flour) with roasted rabbit and potatoes. My grandma always cooked this for Sunday lunch. reply
