Plastic surgery is fine, but maybe look deeper into why you want it. Are you just trying to achieve a certain aesthetic? Or do you hate your body? Honestly a really, really good question, and I love questions like this. To me/in my opinion, I think what makes a bad person is willingness to commit harm to another person, be it mental or physical.
